I only meant to begin today's show with a couple of these hotel satellite calls, but instead end up doing them for over an hour. My Zoom recorder ran out of batteries about an hour into the show today. I was sure it lost all the calls I did, but I checked the card and everything was intact. I plugged the Zoom into my laptop to power it, and that created a super annoying noise that I couldn't hear that much while recording, but heard very loudly while editing. I took some of the worst of it out. Next time I plug the USB into a wall outlet.
