I bet you're wondering what the hell this is and why am I posting old pranks in a weird new show.  Every show I've put together in the past 10 years or so have been created for the people in the existing PLA and prank call communities.  These shows include funny prank calls, but they also include tons of inside jokes and references, weird phone news, PLA community updates, voicemails, and things that generally bore the crap out of regular people making them listen for a bit and then quickly tune out because they don't understand what the hell is going on.  I need a show that eliminates all that stuff that I love in my shows, and just plays the pranks.  This is my attempt at a show like that.

I'm going to try and put out one episode per week.  Each episode will have a very short intro, a bunch of pranks, and an outro.  I'm only putting the good calls into them, and not the dozen or so calls that finally lead up to a good call or two like The Snow Plow Show often does.  The easiest thing for me to put into these is my own material since that's what I know best, but I'd like to feature things from other prank shows too.  I might include brand new stuff from the latest SPS, like I did in episode 2, or I might put a bunch of old calls in, like in this episode.

Basically this show is not being made for you.  It's being made in an attempt to bring in new listeners and get them hooked on prank calls, then we move them to the heavy stuff like The Snow Plow Show and get filthy rich.  I'm like a drug dealer only with prank calls.  Or like a cult leader bringing in new members and only letting the true believers into the inner circle for true enlightenment.  But I know many of you will enjoy this show since it's basically the best of all the things and you'll get to hear fun old material that you forgot existed.

Jiad brought up a good point recently, which was that we all spend so much time making shows for the fans and trying to be as original as possible that we forget to promote all this stuff to outsiders, basically alienating anyone who's not already a part of the club.  So here I am, making yet another new show.   Don't worry, though, these episodes won't affect what I'm doing with The Snow Plow Show or the Hobosdes.   

I don't know if I'll keep posting this show on Patreon.  Maybe I'll just post the really good ones.  Or none at all.  I guess that's up to YOU, so let me know what you think in the comments.  If you want to catch every episode, there's a podcast feed you can subscribe to, which you can find on the web site or search for it on iTunes.  I've already put together 3 episodes, just trying to get a feel for what works in this format.  Hope all of you enjoy the old content!
