Somebody tell me it's possible for relationships with Monica, Katie, and Jenna without having to end one. Those three characters deserve the love path more than the other females. Just doesn't seem right to have to sacrifice Monica, Katie or Jenna.

You will have to choose (Monica OR Katie & Jenna). However, there will be a bonus/fantasy epilogue where you can have all 3.
