And Ep15 is currently 6200 lines long (dialog & code). 

To put things in perspective, Episode 1 was 1600 lines. 

Episode 9 was 2700 lines.  And the two biggest so far (Eps 12 & 13) were 4400.

Quick question -- the 15 beta introduced breakups with key characters and I could see that coming in some update or other. Does that mean if you break up with one of them, future content with those characters would be hidden and the player can only access content for whichever route the player chooses?

Yes - Depending on your relationship with people, scenes will differ (or be excluded), e.g. you won't be going on dates /having sex with a girl after you dump her.
