I'd suggest downloading both and flicking between the two to get a real feel for the (IMO) improvements.

I don’t like her mouth here, I didn’t realize before, but looks like The Joker a little. I like her original mouth. And the eyebrows seems a dragqueen, too unnatural. Just those 2 things are my problem, the rest I like it.

I think the mouth difference is in posing, not texturing. I agree about the eyebrows, though. The older version looks 'natural' while the newer ones look like too much makeup.
