A truly eye opening episode. As you can see football is much like a chess game. Moves and counter moves. Taking what the defense give you. Knowing plays perfectly and executing them flawlessly with physicality is the name of the game in the NFL. It has long been understood that the NFL acronym stands for Not For Long. Meaning that this league is all about results. And if the results aren't there then you won't be around for long. BTW I recently retired from 30 years as a process engineer in the aerospace industry and that was a common theme in our workplace as well. We never stopped trying to improve our processes and the efficient allocation resources. Pretty stressful environment, just like the QB position in football, where you literally have to know everyones job on each play.
