Gourmand Hero Design + Message to new Patrons (Patreon)

Gourmand's primary role in the comic is the supporter- the shopkeeper. Rivulet sees them as the backbone- a real helper who provides them and their friends a safe spot (so their shop takes place in The Shelter, which is a big hub that transcends space), as well as plenty of supplies.

They're not an active fighter, always situated in The Shelter alongside Nightcat, Ballcat and soon Hubert.

Oh- Ballcat is right here. They are Gourmand's little helper. Hero takes place before Rivulet really acknowledges Jelly and Bean, but they do know that they're very kid-friendly. Ballcat is like the shop mascot and their job is to sit down, eat cookies and look cute. (I wish I have a job like this...)

Gourmand gives the heroes advice, as well as a maximum of 3 things per cycle, which the audience can choose. Some of these items can change the flow of the next cycle, but otherwise does not derail the story entirely.

Gourmand's design is obviously based on Morshu's. The only modification is that I added the karma 3 symbol. Ballcat's design is based on Lancer from Deltarune (i just think they look like a blueberry boy).

Much like the other Hero Designs, this won't be shown outside of patreon until Gourmand makes their debut in the comic. There's so many designs I'm itching to show but time is not happy by my side.

Nightcat the Foreshadowing Priestess... Is Rivulet aware of Nightlight? Maybe.
