As Data Prowler already said, please dont go ham with the 3D stuff. 3D and 2D isn't fitting well in this kind of artwork

I wish to use 3D as a base of my backgrounds, the same way usually do in Anime. It is much faster to make a 3d background and take shot of it rather than build each new background separately ^^ Here you can see rough render without any changes yet.

Like 50% drawn I think. You can see the example of finished one in the ending(Liz and Rou on the sofa) of Cat Fight animation ^^ It was my first attempt there
