The whole "bat" operation is themed around night, where it works best. The costume is designed to be dark and help conceal Barbara as she works, and much of her skillset and training is designed around stealth and ambush tactics. Not everything can be done at night, however.

Batgirl's current investigation needs some information out of an office building. Pretty well locked down and shuttered at night, this is one of the rare situations that calls for a daytime job- and beyond that, abandoning the suit. Slipping in not with direct stealth, but social stealth will be easier here. It's not so much about not being seen as not being noticed.

Unfortunately, Stephanie McMahon changed her plans for today. She wasn't going to be in the office, what Barbara had planned around. But when Batgirl broke in, she found resistance she wasn't expecting...
