Skarlet is a mage, and raw physical confrontation is not her strongest suit. Without manipulating her own form and her blood connection, she has little she can do to resist against Mileena at this point.

Escalating this conflict is probably a bad idea for her. Getting smothered unconscious under Mileena's chest is also pretty bad*. Sometimes, you have to choose the lesser of two evils.
