How Far, Exactly, Can You Bend (Patreon)

I am a back bend enjoyer- this is probably not news based on the huge quantity of it I post. I love backbreaker holds. In a lot of the poses I make, I like to bend and twist the victims far beyond the point of reason, to what would almost certainly be the breaking point of the human body. It's hot.

Every now and then, I get someone bent so far that their feet are beyond their head. In some cases, I've had characters SO folded their head was almost level with their knees. This has always made me wonder... how far would someone have to be folded to be able to headscissor themselves?
