■Basicプラン新規受付停止及び廃止のお知らせ

Basicプランの支援者様へ 既にPatreonの個別メッセージでお知らせさせていただいておりますが、現在、同Patreonにおきまして どのように操作してもプラン内容の更新を受けつけない状況となっており、Basicプランに関して処理できない状況となっております。

Basicプランの支援者様には、当月分の返金を実施した上で、新規受付停止をお伝えし、Basicプランを廃止致します。  この度は諸々ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご承知おきいただけますようよろしくお願いします。

■Basic廃止に関するスケジュール

※1:当該プランの支援者様の新規受付完全停止
※2:Patreon、Discord上から当該プランに提供停止及び配布削除
※3:Discord ロール適用解除、ロール付与設定解除は同日
※4:Basicプラン支援者全員に返金処理を適用する度に5日～7日営業日を必要の為、更新停止とズレが生じる形となります。

■返金処理に関する対応について

Basicプラン加入者様に対して、ダイレクトメッセージでお知らせしております通り、同Patorenの唯一のプランにアップグレードいただいた場合は、該当者様の 当月分の費用を無償とし、Basicプラン時にキャッシュバック等の対応を受けれる権利がある場合、それをそのまま適用させていただきます。また、該当する支援者様の対応が確定するよう、可能な限りご案内いたしますが、同日を期限として通知を行い、回答ない場合は、同日を持って廃止といたします。ご了承いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

Notice of Discontinuance and Discontinuation of New Acceptance of Basic Plan

As we have already informed Basic Plan supporters via individual messages on the Patreon, the Patreon is currently not accepting plan renewals no matter how you try to access the Patreon, and we are unable to process Basic Plans.

We will refund the current month's amount to Basic plan supporters, inform them that we will stop accepting new subscriptions, and discontinue the Basic plan.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.

1: Complete suspension of new applications from supporters of the plan in question.

2: Discontinuation of the plan and removal of distribution of the plan from Patreon and Discord.

3: Discord role application and role grant settings will be removed on the same day.

4: 5 to 7 business days will be required to process refunds for all Basic plan supporters, so there will be a delay between the suspension of renewals and the processing of refunds.

Refund Processing

As announced in a direct message to Basic plan subscribers, if you upgrade to the only plan of the same Patren, your current month's fee will be waived, and if you were entitled to a cash refund or other benefits under the Basic plan, we will apply it as is. If you are entitled to receive cash back or other benefits under the Basic plan, we will apply them as they are. We will do our best to notify the relevant supporters so that they can receive the corresponding response, but if we do not receive a response, we will discontinue the plan on the same day. Thank you for your understanding.

4: 处理所有基本计划支持者的退款需要 5 至 7 个工作日，因此从暂停续订到处理退款之间会有延迟。
