Still waiting on Scott to send the final version of this page over with the official speech balloon. Then I realised I could do the job myself. It isn't pretty (I used my limited skills and resources on the Microsoft Paint Program) but it does the job because as the title says, we have two different titles to choose from again and you all need at least a day to choose. 

I may well need to set up the page with a title before I go to work tomorrow - I'll see if I can make the the final decision closer to the fixed publishing time and date of midnight American East Coast time on Monday but I can't guarantee it - hence doing this.

Anyway, there'll be a poll following this post with a title to choose from and the final version of the page will go up as soon as I get it.
