About NSFW material and Patreon feeds (Patreon)

So, following on from the previous post, I know that sometimes in the past an image was attached to a post as a file instead of displayed in the post if there was possible NSFW content.

However, reviewing the feed lately, it looks like it's always been a bit hit and miss. Even if it wasn't, what we might think is NSFW and what the workplace thinks is NSFW can be two not entirely congruent things even when we err on the side of caution.

Trust me, I entirely sympathise given my desk at work (where I'm writing this right now!) is right in the centre of an open plan office and Human Resources has just moved in here (they're like literally just a few metres away from me now - luckily my computer screen doesn't face them!).

Anyway, as it was on the weekend, I was wracking my brain trying to think what I did with the early previews of previous pages of sensitive content before posting the latest Exiern page (Last Request) just as is - I somehow didn't remember the above about attaching it as a file until later (it's been a tough month).

But as I said, it's always been a bit variable as to what goes up on display and what gets attached instead and so I've decided to leave things as they are and in future bar any unforeseen (for now) exceptions due to special circumstances, just post everything as is behind the respective tier.

I suppose the takeaway here is that remember that there's always going to be images that are likely to be considered NSFW at work behind a tier, so keep that in mind before you log in and scroll through the Exiern feed. 

Also, it's probably a safe approach for the free open access posts too (as given by the experience of the most recent ones as detailed in the previous text post. Some of those even if they don't get picked up by the AI NSFW filter (another thing I didn't remember until after the public version of the so-called Victoria's Secret post went up).

So, in my case especially given my work situation ... well I don't look at the Exiern Patreon feed at work for a long time now. Also, that was always on my laptop through my own Internet connection and not my assigned work PC (I haven't even touched on the whole IT can see everything you're doing and have done side of things even if something's not blocked by the firewall!).

I hope this is all helpful, I imagine you all probably knew this all already.

TL;DR - I'm just going to post images work would likely think are NSFW - even on the free non-tier posts even if the AI allows them. So be really careful at work (your discretion) and definitely don't use your work hardware and network to be on the safe side.

New text post about other aspects the logistical side of Patreon likely tomorrow and new Exiern images really soon (probably within the week and definitely something for all tiers before the end of the month!).
