Is AI the new big thing that will replace all 3D-Artists or Artists in general?

To be honest, I think not. Not for the moment. 

I have tested out Stable Diffusion for some renderings because I wanted to see what AI can already do and how complicated it is to create nice looking images. And I really was surprised how easy it is to generate some nice looking images. Like you can see in the folder I am sharing with you, some results are really cool, but...

The "but" is the big thing why I am still happy staying with my old way of creating my stories and images. Because if you just want to show one nice and sexy girl doing some posing, thats no big deal. You can even do this with few words and the most results look great. But if you want more, this will be much more complicated. Because its hard to tell the AI to really do what you want. And to be honest, if I wanted to do something special, the image was not near to what I wanted to create. Sometimes its doing crazy things and sometimes funny things. But some mistakes could be nice for inspiration.

In the folder you can find 4 sub folders:

- one with some general renders that are looking nice and I was really surprised how easy this was to create

- a fighting scene that looks nice but it did not really do in the images what I really wanted to create most of the time

- a "party" scene just created with 2 or 3 words and for that I was surprised how that looks like. Its far away from being perfect, but with more or less autocreation the results are funny.

- and the last folder is including some of the crazy images that are more or less totally broken, but funny to see

Will I work with AI in the future?

Yes and no!

Yes, if my computer setup is finally finished again, I will install Stable Diffusion and will do just for fun some renderings, because I guess the results could be better if I got more experience. But this will be more for fun.

No, because I think if I want to tell stories and create some special settings, AI is not good enough to create that for me, or I am not good enough in using it :)

 But it was a nice experince to look in this kind of art-creation.
