Dr. Feelgood Episode 3 first update (Patreon)

Not totally finished yet, but nearly. So more than time to share it with you. I think there will be 10 to 20 images following to finish this episode, so lets see if I can finish it in the next 1 or 2 weeks. 

And I know, I am still missing the textversion that combines everything together. Needed to fix something on my other computer but hope to get this startet in February now.
