this will be three character tiles with different stages of the character.

When it comes to an age evolution of a character, it is better to work on all the stages of this at the same time, in this way the drawings of the character will have more coherence with each other. although it is much more exhausting to work like this and it seems that the work does not progress as it would if you made these profiles separately.
