Eh dog, love that y'all watched this. It aint horror, but this is in my top three rotation. In 2011 my bro and I got into this weird mood for a month where we went ham on the AFI top movies of all time list and we watched a lot of them one summer in HS. The little TV intro presenter dude explained the background of it and it sounded boring AF. And when it started, I was a few minnutes in and thinking I needed to have patience and put on those "classic" movie goggles where you grade it off a curve because its just so old. I was hooked after 10 minutes. It still feels tight, fast-paced and modern. The issue sadly hasn't changed, so the message feels the same. It's all in one room too. There's nothing flashy or difficult other than the writing. And that's just done too well. This was a good movie to learn about movies from too because yeah...this whole movie is the writing and acting. And man, it just flies by. Its so easy to watch and rewatch. A really magical film for me.
