Hey everyone! So, the studio I work with just had their first game released today. Woo! I'm so tired lol. Turns out release for a game is an all-hands-on-deck experience. A good experience, but definitely round the clock kinda thing. But now it's out, and now my programmer and I can celebrate with Korean BBQ and fancy coffee as one does.

But that's not why you're here, you're here for Portraits of the Rim work! Released the VE: Insector and Sophian style last week because I don't like falling behind on VE too much. I'm at shading for Roo's Royalty Hairs, so that should get done in, eh, 2-3 weeks probably?

The big news is (and keep this on Patreon for now hush hush), I've got another artist giving me a hand with the mod! She reached out to me a couple of months ago offering to help on a volunteer basis, and I've been walking her through the process (it's also been a good opportunity for me to document it on my end as well). Her art is basically identical to mine, so most people won't even be able to tell (although I'm obviously giving her credit for the parts she does). Since she's volunteering, I'm not holding her to a fixed schedule like I do for myself, and I let her pick which mods she wants to add in (she's not making money from the Patreon, so I want to be fair about it). She's finished the textures of her first addition to PotR which will be....Rimsenal Hairs! Exciting stuff.

Basically, I'm treating her work as pure volunteer bonus stuff for the mod - it's at her discretion, and I'm just grateful and excited to have someone who's excited and great to work with along for the ride. It does mean we'll get some more stuff going in parallel, so hopefully more content in the coming weeks and months! I won't be giving her the things we vote on here, though, so she doesn't have any pressure to contribute and there's no financial weirdness about the whole deal. I want to make sure what everyone votes on here is made and is top priority for me (outside of updating pre-existing modsets), and I can promise it gets done. So yeah!
