For each level new characters are:
1 - Komi Shuuko, Shihouin Yoruichi, Asta

2- Silver wolf, Yuzuriha, Hanabi Hyuuga

3- Lyney, Suu, Aiz Wallenstein

If any pack is out of needed level please tell me, i did a mistake by not changing level tags on previous packs and there still might be an error somewhere
