Well, guess it didn't end up going much farther than #10, eh?

Quick addendum to this episode here- the dwarves on the surface didn't all die. After recording the episode, I decided i'd play the fort just to see the real end of things and was able to scurry the dwarves around in a huge circle around the beast (as it picked off stragglers), ran them down into the fort all the way back down to the bottom and got them holed up in a tiny chamber where they ambushed and killed Tofi. Tobul the fortwaker landed the killing blow. She survived alongside 13 others, but they're not in a good way. I had considered continuing the fort after this, but I figure it's best to just let it rest for now, really.

That is fair. Alternatively, you could do a small epilogue to the fortress, maybe as a very short video or in the video for another series, just to provide closure. Do the dwarfs limp home to their empire, broken and bowed by the experience? Does the world forget crimson trumpets, though those that pass through the area sometime hear the distant ring of metal on metal from far below?

By no means would I, and I hope most of your fans, require extra content. But it might be a cathartic way to close of the fortress for you?

Any chance of adventure mode?

I love the undead trolls! What was your refference for bone-structure? Orangutan bones?

I love the full-frame drawings of Tobul in #10 and here. Somehow the solemn settings strike a chord.

I think you win some and lose some. After all, this a game whose motto is "losing is fun!" Honestly, if the dwarfs always triumph, the suspense and interest fade. Thanks for a great series, as always!

I really enjoyed the artwork for this series! I think it ended up being an interesting end to the fortress, even if not perhaps what you might have envisioned. Thanks again for the great work as always!
