The roc. Mighty, legendary, unfathomably deadly to so many thousands of our kin. These blizzard-white rulers of the sky have been the bane of dwarfkind since Orid Ashi's creation and today i'd like to tell you all a bit more about them, their habits and also, about the single most devastating attack wrought by their titanic talons. So have a seat, pull your mugs in close and have a listen..to the a tale that I call, the day of the feathered eclipse.

Sorry for being so quiet lately guys. Been up to all sorts of non channel related things behind the scenes. Keeping me very busy :p

Thanks again for all your help though. I'll always appreciate you

Yours is some of the highest quality content on YouTube. I appreciate the love and effort you put into each episode. I'm sure others feel the same.

Dude, I love these drawings- like at first sight they might look simple, but there's so much character and personality conveyed in all the drawings. Especially when you begin to realize they're all in colour, and there's -so- many of the images too...!

What an amazing tale, and masterfully told! What you are able to make out of what you are given by Dwarf Fortress, visually and story-wise, is truly incredible! Btw, how did you create the shadow in the double-layered pictures?

Kruggsmash

well than you so much! glad you liked it, pal. Yeah it was fun trying something new and it does seem to have worked out pretty well. Might have to refine the idea a bit in the future but I guess we'll see what happens with that!

Thanks dude! You know I always try my best :) I got that shadow effect my layering two instance of a single moving picture and then turning down the brightness and turning up the blur on the background instance. That way the one behind is dark and blurry making it look like theres a shadow behind. Makes the videos take longer to process with all those little effects going on but I think its worth it!

I think you should be careful not to- in your mind- assume that all new content has to have this image density. Don't fool yourself into thinking you can't go back to a slower format with DF pics only sometimes highlighted by your art =)
