So in regards to the Movie, The movie is 2 hours and covers the Mugen train arc which is season two of Demon slayer on netflix. You can do one or other tbh. The arc on netflix and the movie are the same.

there's one movie and it takes place after the first season and its called the Mugen Train Arc, they also broke down the movie into episodes for people who want to watch it that way.

However you'd want to watch the first episode of "season 2" on netflix either before or after the movie, as it is not included in the movie and is imho worth your time.
