What to watch next? ANIME POLL! (Patreon)

It's been a long while since we last did this, but now it's finally time for another poll!

Once we are done with Arcane here on Patreon, the plan is to start a new series immediately after. And we really want to get into some more anime, so now all we need is your help! The 5 shows with the most votes will move onto the next poll over on our YouTube channel. We can't wait to see what you all vote for, and it's going to be really exciting to see which one wins in the end!

The 11 series below have been chosen based on what seems to be some of the most popular animated series at the moment - just in case you were wondering. And yes, we really do need a boost when it comes to views, subscribers, and especially patrons.

I voted for Vinland. I think you two would enjoy watching, talking about and theorizing about FMA Brotherhood, Vinland Saga and Castlevania the most in that order.

God, what an incredible selection... Never seen Vinland Saga, but I'm curious now. I gave my vote to Fullmetal Alchemist, the 2003 version - because, while it diverges from the manga and offers and original ending, culminating with the movie Conqueror of Shamballa, it is 1) still an absolute masterpiece, from tone to story to music (the score is incredible!!!), and 2) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood came out only 4 years after the original anime ended, so the producers very clearly decided to speedrun the section of the anime that had already been faithfully adapted the first time, sometimes even skipping stuff that ended up being crucial. FMAB is, however, *also* a masterpiece, and I recommend watching both - only it makes more sense to first watch the original, then Brotherhood, than the other way round, so should you ever get to it, I hope you consider this! 😊 As for the other shows: Edgerunners will appeal to you, having played Cyberpunk 2077, Death Note is a classic, and Jujutsu Kaisen is an excellent shonen with a really well rounded cast, and as opposed to certain other shows *cough*Naruto*cough* knows how to write and use a badass and complex female character, including in the main trio.

Wow this is a GOAT'd lineup, I'm honestly stuck between 4-5 different Anime lol. I would definitely recommend looking at implementing ranked-choice voting similar to Blind Wave so people can pick their top 3 choices.

Super late to this. Knew demon slayer was gonna win if it went to YT. I really hope you guys pick up Vinland Saga after. It's a much more mature and nuanced show with deeper themes than you would see in your typical anime. Besides attack on titan, its the only anime where after I finished the anime i read the entire manga.
