Too many wtf moments and great social commentary points to talk about this episode! As a reader of The Boys comics back in the day I’m very curious as to whether or not they’ll stick to the original character origin in the coming episodes…. Btw as someone who has lived with upper 30’s C temps their whole lives, a window AC unit is a real lifesaver. Might be something to consider as the temp is going up every year. I’ll be over here on the ever increasing high tide of the Atlantic fanning in the general direction of Denmark until then!

I'm a bit sad about the chairs situation. :( I always liked you sitting right next to each other on a couch. So many cool moments when one of you gets emotional, and the other places their hand on their shoulder, or something like that. I always loved the closeness and now I think with a huge gap between you, it's gonna stop. :(

I'd like to suggest one thing about your mic set up. Right now the mic is aimed at the window, and the two of you are too it's side. Those Yeti mics have an "interview" option you can choose on the back. If you'd do it, and turned the mic 90 degrees sideways, then it would be aiming at the both of your faces.

The setup is most likely going to change several times until we figure out what works the best. I've already spend hours upon hours trying to set up and test the mic, and the way it is positioned right now is the most optimal way I could find. BUT I have already ordered a new camera, and I am going to order some new mics as well that are better suited for what we do. So it will all get better.

Thanks, bud! Appreciate the concern as well, but we will never get AC - the little summer we have (I know it going to get warmer and warmer each year) doesn't warrant it. Plus, they are extremely bad for the environment in general, so that's also a reason for us to avoid them.

Read this at work and immediately began formulating a diatribe against corporations manipulating media to make individuals feel personally responsible for climate change to obscure the fact that they produce far far far more carbon than anyone and to distract the public from realizing their biggest contribution to fighting climate change is collective action….. but then I reflect on the fact that not one not two, but three people this week have told me that it’s awkward that every conversation on any topic with me ends up with calls for an anti-capitalist revolution within 5 minutes, so instead I’ll just say cheers and remind you to stay hydrated!
