Just want to remind you real quick: Armin's parents wheren't among the people who where send out, it was his grandfather he lost there. He was basically already living with him at the start of the series.

Can we really be sure Kat is not the female titan? She does look like her, and I thought it was a bit suspicious how you were denying knowing anything about it... Have to say it's a lot of fun rewatching the series alongside you and hearing your speculations.

Love your discussions, and am looking forward to the rest of the season. I love hearing your theories about what is going on. I feel like Attack On Titan has a bit of the feel of a detective drama in that there are so many clues hidden everywhere. I highly recommend a re-watch once you finish the series (you're so lucky that you're likely going to be able to watch the whole series at once! We had to wait four years between season 1 and 2!) to look for what you missed :)
