There seems to be an issue with the Vimeo link on phone apps - if that is the case for you, then try this one instead: https://vimeo.com/613801391/b4503c7903

Alrighty then, that was some brutal shit.. But what an end to an already excellent first season! They really managed to tie everything together through the episode, while also setting up A LOT of stuff for future seasons. We really can't wait to see what happens next, although it's probably going to be a little while before season two drops. Until then, thank you all so much for following along on this little (very bloody) journey!

Was looking forward to this for like a week! :)

I found the points Kat touched on as fascinating and enjoyable as the reaction itself. Personally, I believe the Viltrumite culture to be more about producing psychopaths than emotionless robots. While psychopaths can seem emotionless, there is one emotion they seem to do well, which is rage, something I suspect that Viltrumites are quite ok with.

I believe at the end there Omni-Man suffered from what is often termed "cognitive dissonance" which is the mental discomfort that results from holding two conflicting beliefs, values, or attitudes. I feel it hit home when his earth experiences conflicted with his deep held cultlike upbringing.

As for Kats discussion about being a pragmatist, I totally understand the need for compartmentalisation for the greater good sometimes. While I agree with animal testing, part of what I do here is try to find homes for ex-lab rats that had non-invasive psyc based testing, or rats that were just kept as backup that would have otherwise be euthanised I also am keen about such things as research on rat vocalisation outside of the normal human rage of hearing, just so people in the lab can monitor stress levels more effectivly.

You do that? That's amazing! I don't think we're allowed to do that here for ethical reasons, though.

Hey everybody, has it been said why the edited versions of the last two episodes haven't been released? Just wondering if I missed an announcement. Thanks! 🥰🥰

We have been on vacation, where Sonny was unable to edit, plus there has been some issues with his computer. But I'm sure he's working on it!
