Aang is completely losing it because of the immense pressure he is under, and it is very much understable. That led to a lot of funny and weird moment throughout this episode, and we even got to check in on Zuko again here and there. Oh and the Eclipse is happening very soon? Shit's about to hit the fan!

From here on i absolutely love every single Chapter to come. Down to the last one. Not saying i didn't like this one, just that from here it is a continuos uphill trajectory. It gets better and better.

I love that this show tackles so many subjects. Even anxiety. Loved this episode and I really feel for Aang. It’s A LOT of pressure. Can’t wait for next week!

oh shit here we go

I love that they relate the anxiety to something kids and young'uns know of, like doing a test, or having a big event coming up, because it's something that most can relate to.

About Mai's fruit tarts: Her parents aren't there, once the servants are on a wild goose chase for fruit tarts, she and Zuko can do whatever they want. Including activities that result in him staying overnight and having slightly messy hair in the morning ;)

I had never realized before you guys mentioning it that this episode uses a form of mirroring between Aang's fiction-nightmare Zuko's unfulfilling "real-life-utopia". I feel it's the first time Zuko really internalizes the fact that what he WANTS is not necessarily what he NEEDS. I love so much that you've mentioned Mei's attempt at trying to be more emotionally vulnerable towards Zuko. She actually tries getting out of her comfort zone. The sad irony is that Zuko's the one shutting her off emotionally. It's a small detail but you can definitely feel the difference. Also, thanks for mentioning that Aang is still a kid. I love how this show keeps reminding us every now and then that even though he is the Avatar, Aang is still just that..... a kid. I think it was my favorite analysis on the Avatar series yet. You guys came up with so many interesting observation. You're definitely my favorite pair for the reactions but also the post-episode analysis.
