We can't believe we've finally made it to Book 3! Let's goooo! 😄
After the the very serious and downer ending of the last season, it is nice to just get a fluffy and down to earth episode as a follow up... just kidding, this was one the heaviest chapters so far, and we loved every second of it. We are pretty damn excited for what's to come, but we are also dreading it somewhat.

There are no subtitles in this video, since I couldn't find any that synced up..
I hope you're still gonna able to match it up with your own copy.

I love this season. I really enjoy how emotional you guys get about the show and the characters . I feel the same way!

Hi Kat and Sonny, I don’t usually comment but I really want to show my appreciation for you two. For someone who watched this show as a kid and watched it over and over again when growing up, it’s a delight to watch you having so much fun with the show. You guys are one of the best reaction channels out there. Reacting to a show is one thing, but I really appreciate the deep analyses and review of each of the episodes. It’s so refreshing hearing your first thoughts on each episode. You seem to pick up on stuff that I did not when watching as a kid. Like the fact that Aang and the gang did indeed wash up on the crescent island where Roku’s temple once stood. I’m so glad that I found you and it’s truly a delight to watch your reactions! I’m planning on watching your reactions to other shows as well, but I have to watch the shows for myself first. Thank you and stay safe. To finish off with an Iroh quote: ‘Follow your passion and life will reward you.’.

Thank you so, so much! It's comments like yours that make everything we do more worthwhile. You almost made Kat tear up with your kind words. Thanks again 💜

Avatar is always like: "You recovered from last episode? You feel better?" Okay 'BAM' in your feels. I always love your review. Its detailed and you really understand the things that happen. You guys treat this show with respect and as a Avatar fan since 2005, that makes me very happy. I've also seen people react who just watch the serie and dont really say much at the end or making sex jokes and i realllllllyyyy dislike that. I dont get that. So thankyou for always being honest and appreciative towards this show. Btw: Aang's eyes are black/gray. I always see it as that Aang is a Monk. Who are for the biggest part asian. Asians dont have coloured eyes so the Airnomads dont have that either. The little details in this show are so perfect. Nothing explains family Ozai's eye colour but lets keep a little fantasy in there XD. ALSO: When you finish this series you should read the comics. They continue the story, talks about what happened between the episodes and more. I think you will like it. Anyways love your reaction as always !

Book one: This is a cute show, I really like it. Book two: This show is great, I love it. Book three: This is my favorite show of all time. (Or at least one of your favorites.) The writers knew what they were doing. We've gotten over our upset, it's been a decade since I first watched it but I seem to remember, now we see the whole picture. I trusted you would too.

I love that moment with Katara and Hakoda so much. If anyone ever comments on it it's about how the show shows the reality of war. This simple scene of what it does to families which is a wonderful thing to notice. I also just think about how wise and what a good example of parenting it is. He doesn't try to talk Katara out of her feelings, which is so hard to do as a parent, you get used to being able to kiss the booboo away, but he just stays present with her in her feelings. So simple and so powerful. Just to let the people around us feel how they feel and let it be okay. I also just love seeing Yue, a girl from the Northern Water Tribe, now the Ultimate waterbender. That moment always moves me. And it was true, he had saved the world.

There's a fan theory his eye color changes depending on what element is effecting him the most at that time.

Oh my goodness! When I first watched it, I also forgot that Aang can grow hair!!!! So used to his bald head and arrow. You guys are funny.

You two have had a lot of great discussions following episodes but this one was particularly good. Based on many of things you're sensing you're really gonna enjoy this season. Of that I'm certain. As for Azula and Zuko's relationship I always think back to when she burned the doll that Iroh sent her when she was younger. It wasn't that she didn't like dolls, she just found that sort boring. Mai, Ty Lee, and Zuko were the kinds of dolls she enjoyed owning and playing with. She "helped" Zuko get back in their father's good graces so she could have her toy back (and cover her own rear in case, as she suspects, the Avatar did in fact survive).

I love how Katara/ Hakoda scene is also a parallel to Zuko/ Ozai. One reunion is emotional, forgiving and therapeutic, but another one is superficial and Zuko still had to tread cautiously around Ozai. Even back home, Zuko is still alone.

his eyes have always been grey, the effects the editors and animators do make it look different in certain lightings But I'm certain they were never blue.
