I didnt read the books only played the game,but I agree I never liked Yen too much, on the other hand, loved Triss. Always wondered if Yen was better on the books.

Triss' true nature is more revealed in the literature for sure. She knows that Yen and Geralt have a connection, and yet, when he's suffering amnesia she seduces him (her best friends man) and manipulates him into advancing her political career in Temeria. Triss is a snake. #TeamYen
