Thanks! Watching with you brought back that edge of the seat intensity again, loved your reaction. I liked the interaction between Miller and Diogo, and I finally caught a line from Miller that I missed in my rewatches. When Diogo asks Miller why he's there, he says, "maybe I'm coming home"., referring to what Dawes told him a couple of episodes ago. "When you've lost everything, you'll find your way home". What a cliffhanger, bring on E5 - can't wait! :-)

Peadar O'Ruadhán

In Ep. 2x1, when Miller and Holden are in the Medbay, the French doctor is on the newsfeed saying that Eros needs help. He's part of the 23rd Century version of Medicins Sans Frontiers.

This is fabulous. I feel like I'm sitting on the couch with my favorite duo, watching some tv. This series is so interesting, because it goes down familiar paths, but with a slight twist in each direction. The characters are always, just slightly, out of focus for the traditional themes. The proto-molecule (or proto asteroid, at this point lol), is never quite what you think. And the politics shift like sand. The series is very interesting in season one, with some really nice episodes; but now, with season two through season three...well strap into the ride!

There are so many "firsts" in the Expanse that have never been seen in Sci Fi shows before. The use of gravity and G forces and its basis on real physic are just one of these "firsts" but there are a lot more. I think the Expanse will have an influence on future sci fi TV shows. (I'm not including films, but there are some 'firsts' that films haven't touched on.)
