**Full disclosure, I AM sucking in during the befores!** It's very fascinating seeing the difference.
My stomach while at rest is about 44” while standing, sucked in I'm 38”ish while standing. When completely maxed out I'm 53” standing as of a few days ago! I have a vid of me measuring, I'll get that uploaded soon. I shoulda been recording my before and afters, I'll continue to do that from now on 😁 thank y'all for the support!
