I dunno, books can give paper cuts and if you close one dramatically, you might slam it on your finger or ear or something. Don't get me started on how dangerous spines can be, I remember Tales of Phantasia.

Cant wait to see what books are going to do. Looking forward to Victorian Classic-al Dresses, Medieval Fantasy gowns, and men being fed up with the contrived plotlines YA novels brought into the real world.

But cursed books are made of the softest paper. Touch them. Caress them. Ignore the glowing and ominous chanting. Focus on that nice paper.

Well soft paper would help with two of the three and glowing means you can read in the dark! Alright, I'm in. Gimme that forbidden knowledge!

Really depends on how big the book is, how heavy it is, on what shelf it is hanging out of and whether cthulu-esque entities have marked it
