For her crimes, it's only right that Lib has to suffer a bit. She's going to lose the Agency's autonomy, get some partners that aren't willing to make witches second-class citizens, and have to suffer Sin-based fashion advice. 

Hopefully Ms. Learner's loyalties won't be tested! She might come down on the side of allowing shorts and/or pajamas as work uniforms.
