July 2021 Q&A Part 2 (Patreon)

We did some questions for the studio as a fun bonus with our Patrons, so here are the second inquiries!

Cydra: How many of the characters from the original comic are still alive? I know the last team of Sins are still around and that the Tarot were wiped out by either the world resetting or the Rulers moving in. And of course, we have the Dealer. I'm not sure how many of the other Sins, the Virtues, the old Hosts, or the other Forces are still around.

I left it pretty vague because I have some ideas in my head but nothing is officially official yet.

The Sins and Virtues aren't the types to respawn, so they're probably all around in their original capacity, enjoying fame and the new world. My idea was that there are always seven of them at The Valley, but they swap out who is keeping an eye on the humans and who is home in the Demon Realm.

Most or all of the humans are still around. I originally had a scene when Tolli and Lust went to the Demon Realm where they met the humans and they were now teaching at the school that prepares Manitou for joining the Agency. I'm thinking Filo settled down with a cute demon boyfriend. Murdoch probably reached a point where he was willing to call it quits, either fully letting himself pass on or just going to “sleep” to be revived later with a new body. With Murd gone, Slander would probably be willing to respawn.

Ross Phillips: What was the Mercynaries' favourite and least favourite missions?

Roland: Every single one of them was an affront to decency.

Mercy: The best are the more adventurey ones where you get to travel, melt things with laser weapons, hand out with hot ladies, and maybe Ruth ends up in a cute outfit. You want to avoid the ones where somebody is doing this out of anger. That's how you wind up getting punched a lot or somebody tries to expand your figure so much you topple over.

Clem: When the mommies come back as magical fairy princesses!

Pip: I like the “Alien bouffant” for the shear silliness of it, the super villain power inverter because that's a fun concept you could really expand on, the vampire hunter and vampire's reborn body because of how petty that all were, and of course, Ms Misstery. Who is still out there...

CoreDumpError: Rico, which is your favorite outfit that your special suit has generated for you, and why is it the ballgown?

Rico: None of them are good! I want to be freed of this! I just want pants! Why are pants too much to ask for?!

Blue: Nightclub Rico was a fine look, and super profitable! But it was hard to turn down the lab coat look from those science ads...

Emily: Does Pip agree she makes a great princess?

Pip: *lots of nervous stammering*

Lust: Oh, please. She could take those dresses off the minute everybody leaves but she sashays around the studio in them and keeps them in pristine condition. I'm pretty sure I caught her twirling in front of a mirror the other day.

Emily: And who out of the cast does she think looks best as a princess?

Pip: Hope! She deserves the luxury of royalty, she's kind despite the adversity she faced growing up, and she's as cute as a button.
