If you don't want to take part in the theme, see below for the other rules, but you may be getting a smaller picture in return.

It's Spring cleaning at the studio and nobody is safe. It's mandatory for directors, actors, and even the guest suites need a cleaning. 

What horrors await in an uncleaned Greed's room? When was the last time the company fridge was cleaned? What old costumes can we finally donate to charity? What messes have our guests and visitors left behind?
