It's not demons' fault that humans just make a lot of neat stuff! Or that demon society is built on a backbone of consumption and vice... 

Maybe they should just get debit cards with monitored daily spending limits and restrictions on where they can spend vast amounts of money! Of course, that would probably lead to a lot of Greeds stealing quarter and gumball machines with some regularity... This IS a pickle.
