The Purity Gown gets more powerful and turns Pip into a girl, gives her long, flowing hair and gives her a new polite but haughty, holier-than-thou personality. She gloats so much about being free of lust that the cultists get annoyed with her and they or something else reverses the transformation. Maybe Lust barges in and the scene that Kenneth A Graves suggested happens next.

With out the corruption of lust, Pip reveals his true form, a Fabio look a like. Now tall and muscular, the cultists try and return the corruption only to have the normal lust-ing effects turning Pip into an 8 foot Amazonian avatar of lust.
