The shopkeep reaches a hand out to Rico. "Let me scan your employment card and we can begin."

Rico panics a little but quickly gets it together. "I don't have one! Just, uh, just new to the city. Nooo cards. Yet."

The shopkeep looks letdown. "If you don't have an employment card, we can't start the process to get you the job."

The shopkeep picks a display off a shelf behind the counter and taps and scrolls through a few menus before turning back towards Rico."This place should be able to help you out and get you started in the city!". Rico immediately recognizes the picture on the display as the facility he just ran away from.
