I screencapped some frames from the rough animation test and redlined/critiqued them to help the Animator make it look more like Iro :)

It becomes more and more evident why animation studios have the dozens of stock poses of characters from every viewpoint! Definitely a good job turning down the "elfin" look. (Also: Yay~ more Iro!)

Yah I totally agree. In some studios when they're on a tight budget you can kind of pick out scenes that were animated by different people because the style changes and the characters look off model ~_~ This animator is really top knotch but Anime is not his forte, so I end up doing a lot of correcting and touch-ups. It's gonna be hell to color in her hair but I'm just stoked to see an animated Iro!!
