Here is the final version of Tonee's Cassie image! It's really good, and I was impressed at his background skills too (I'm just awful at environments). I think Cassie's skin is a bit darker than normal but I can adjust that in Photoshop. The only sucky thing is that while Tonee was working on this image I guess his computer flipped out and crashed, hard. So he's trying to recover the files he was doing for us :s but it might take a while...yikes.

I was wondering a little about the visual novel. First, how long do you think it will be? I'd hope for something like CLANNAD, if it's good, but I realize that may be a little too much. I also wonder if you have any plan for when it will be out? I'm guessing it'll be a while at the very least, considering Katawa Shoujo took a few years, and that's five paths, this would be 17 paths (all girls in and counting the new girl.)

I think something might be wrong, I noticed the cats on the table and the bed sheets before Cassie herself... Although to be fair, those are some cool looking sheets.

Luckily I told him to keep the cat figures on a separate layer (because I wasn't completely sold on them) so they will probably be hidden in the final thing.

Heyyy sorry I didn't see this message before! To answer your Q's I think we want to have it done in a year, 5 paths but multiple good/bad endings for each. It's going to be a big one, but I have no idea whether that will translate to 7 hours or 27 hours of gameplay time. It'll become more apparent after we've plotted out all the story beats :)
