Use ChatGPT to help you turn your story circle into the final script. You can find an example of how I used ChatGPT to write a script below! I had ChatGPT create a completely new story, but you would of course use your own story circles.

A good length for the feasibility of the project is two pages, but you can determine the length yourself. You can also create a script for a trailer if your movie would otherwise be too long.

The screenplay should also be formatted like a professional screenplay. You can copy the script and use Google Docs or Word to format your script. However, the easiest way is to use the free tool "YouMeScript", an addon for Google Docs. You can simply copy and paste in your script and it will be formatted automatically. Then you can export it as a PDF.

To summarize:

• Create a 1-5 page, professionally formatted script for your short film or trailer

Save your script as a .pdf. You can post intermediate versions in the Discord channel Week 04 "Screenplay" to get feedback! Add the final version to your full .pdf and post it in the channel as well.
