This is one of those episodes that reminds me just how much stuff the creators can cram into the runtime. I completely forgot that all of that happened in just this one. Also, I think you guys are the first reactors I've seen who noticed that the mother cat hissed because Ubel had shown up, and not at Land himself.

German name time! Laufen = to run, Scharf = sharp, Richter = Judge, Land = state or nation, Übel = bad/evil (pretty appropriate!) and Denken = to think! But best of all (and man have I been waiting for the chance to mention this one!), the name of the chef made me seriously LOL on stream with my friends when I first saw it! His name is Lecker, which literally means "tasty"!! :-)

Such a fun, wholesome episode. Fern's pouty face get a lot of screen time, her little happy walk. A bit of humanizing of characters like Richter. Though poor Stark with random strangers suddenly inspecting him closely before declaring he is good. If he had a nickel every time that happened...

So it's been a few months so you may not remember, but in the first few episodes there were a couple of occasions where Fern asked, "why are you helping these people" and Frieren answered "I'm doing this for me." Now we have context for that in the flashback in this episode. half the reason I joined the Patreon is now moot as I am caught up, that's a little sad. You're allowed to watch more than one episode a week, you know? It's your channel...

A fun break between tests! Thanks for a delightful reaction. If Ubel can learn Land's cloning magic, then she could have one of her selves bind someone with Sorganeil while another does other stuff. That would be terrifying!
