Not sure how much you guys have been told, but as a bit of information, the horns and colours on imps are very important. Each imps horns are different, but we see that they all follow a certain "pattern" depending on which hell ring you belong to. So for example, Millie is from Wrath so her horns look similar to the imps from there, such as her families. Moxxie, Striker and Blitz we aren't sure on which ring they originated in, but their horn patterns show they each belong to separate rings (pride, gluttony, sloth, envy, greed, lust). And further to this, the colours on the horns also indicate things such as gender. Female imps have mostly black horns with thin white stripes and males have thick black and white striped horns. Fun fact - Millie's sister (Sallie Mae) is a trans-female imp which is super cool. It's always nice to look out for other characters like this where they "seem" one gender, but their horns indicate another. Also, the white patches on imps skin is actually from any injuries that they sustain. While imps are not immortal, we are shown that they can heal from things pretty well, and so if they get damaged badly then it heals back white. A clear comparison would be Moxxie having no visible white marks, and Blitz having half of his face white
