Lelouch is a real opportunist. I did not notice this before in my previous times watching this, but when Euphy asked if Zero killed Clovis "because he killed Elevens" he scoffed at the notion and said that it was because he was a son of the Emperor, but in his declaration on TV he said that the assassination of Clovis was because of his slaughtering of Elvens, in direct contradiction of what he said to Euphy. Which one is true? Are either of them true? Maybe both of of these justifications are lies. I don't really remember all of the beats in Lelouch's character progression, but I know that I'll be remembering this question while going through this series again with you two.

According to supplementary material, Nina Einstein (yes Einstein) once went to the ghettos and it is heavily implied that she was assaulted by elevens for it. Anyways, if Nivi's first objective is justice for table-kun (inside joke 🙂), I am in!
