How I Met Your Coyena Dad! Page 3 Ruffs (Patreon)

Hey folks! Here's the thumbnail and pencil versions of Page 3 of the Coyena comic. :) Now we jump to the flashback to college days, starting with Aura in her dorm room, getting ready to head out for an evening of college business.

Canonically this takes place some time in the 1980s, so I've decorated the room with a few period-appropriate posters and decor: Posters of John Lemming, the Ramones, and "Relax"; a large boom box for music, and no evident personal computer or laptop. I used to have a poster called "Black on Black" of a black panther lying on a black piano, with mostly his eyes, the white keys, and a red slat background behind; I've made the anthropomorphic version of the poster here. It took a bit of time but I had fun designing the space.

You'll also notice that I've changed the name of the school from "Central University" to Kenneth State University." It's a subtle, personal reference, but probably too obscure for anyone to figure out.
