I've always loved Cruella as a character and OUaT just upped the ante for me even more, they wrote her so well and added such genius twists to her, and the portrayal is *chef's kiss* ! I also love how she is the only character who was always evil, she didn't become evil along the way, she was literally born evil - very unlike the show to do that, making an irredeemable character, but I love that the one they chose to do that with was Cruella! I imagine if she hadn't died at the end of the episode she would have been high on your top 10? Definitely one of my fave episodes of the show.

Cruella was the highlight of this episode. As the previous post stated, she’s a true ‘ villain’. The actress portrayed her so well. I’d placed her @ number 1 for this eppy cuz she basically died at the end.

Lucile Byrd

Not the exact order I would have as I cannot stand Emma or her parents 90% of the time, and my interchangeable top 3 are Hook, Rumple and Regina. But I do find it interesting that the majority of your top 10 are almost always the villains!
