Yep Emily was my favorite character. The team dynamic wasn’t the same after she left. Apparently after they fired Paget Brewster, she had already booked a comedy series. So after the fans protested and they rehired both Paget and AJ Cook back, Paget agreed to return for season 7 only.

Humorous rant incoming: They really need to stop casting American actors to play non-American roles. My German heart was bleeding this episode.... Not just because of the almost non-recognizable German, but also because of what Hollywood thinks are typical German names. My entire life I have met ONE Anton below the age of 50 - which is the age of name Hollywood always seems to pick. Anton, Hans, etc.... Like, no. Nobody has named their kids that in DECADES :D
