Hope this is okay) I would compromise and make the extra death as involuntary manslaughter. He forced his friend into the situation but I don't think he planned on killing his friend afterwards. Surprised you didn't go for something like insight sexual violence (trying to make his friend r*** his dad. Or you could try for a kidnapping charge on the friend, at the very least false imprisonment. Although I'd also be willing to mark him with some sort of mental illness meaning he could spend his sentence in a facility instead of prison.
