I understand Juliette wanting to be accepted, but she isn't giving Nick the time and space to accept her like he did for her when she was going through everything. She wants an immediate acceptance from Nick just because she is now somewhat okay with what she has become. Just like with Hank and Woo getting used to seeing a woge from wesen Nick wants to try to get used to seeing Juliette that way and it is still a shock to see her that way, Nick blaming himself for this happening doesn't help the situation either.
